If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the date of delivery of the last item in your order.

To exercise this right, log in to your account and go to the Returns & Orders page, where you can submit a withdrawal request directly. You will receive a confirmation by email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, log in to your account and go to the Returns & Orders page, where you can submit a return or cancellation request directly. Our team will provide the necessary instructions and the return address.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank or card issuer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
